The Smile Team office is located in downtown Albertville, Alabama. Dr. Byron Smith is an Orthodontist trained in the specialty of aligning teeth and jaws. The Smile Team provides cutting-edge orthodontic technology and procedures which will increase your comfort as well as shorten treatment time. Additionally, we place braces using an "Indirect Bonding" technique, allowing us to place braces on all teeth in approximately 15 minutes. Due to the accuracy at which brackets are placed, this method also decreases a patients overall treatment time.

He attended college at Auburn University majoring in Biomedical Sciences.
He graduated Auburn with a B.S. in Biomedical Sciences- Summa cum laude.
He furthered his education at University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Dentistry graduating in the top 5% of his class.
After dental school, his desire to see a different part of the country moved him to the West Coast.
There, he started his Orthodontic Residency at the University of California, San Francisco.
