We are the only mid-Missouri orthodontic practice that provides SureSmile, which reduces treatment time by up to 30 percent.
Our facility offers imaging technology, which allows us to capture three-dimensional images. This gives Dr. Twaddle a better field of sight for his diagnosis and treatment planning. In addition, we have an in-office lab. All appliances, including clear removable aligners, are made in-house.

All clinical team members complete certification training in Orthodontics Expanded Functions, and pass the Dental Assisting Basic Skills Mastery Examination.
We continue our education by attending AAO conferences and several other advanced training opportunities throughout the year.
The entire Twaddle team is dedicated to educating and involving patients and parents throughout treatment, making the entire process a comfortable and satisfying journey.

Your first visit to our office is a time for us to get to know you and your main concerns.
When you arrive at the office, a team member will show you how to sign in, and direct you to our brushing station.
Once you have finished brushing your teeth, a team member will take you to the records room to snap a few photographs, and proceed to the x-ray machine to capture a scan.
At this point, you will be given a tour of the office and seated in the consultation room.
When Dr. Twaddle arrives in the room, we will all observe your photographs and x-ray scan together, so everyone involved is informed and comfortable with the direction of the treatment plan.
