With two convenient locations in Sioux Falls and Mitchell, South Dakota we strive to provide the highest quality orthodontic treatment available anywhere! We want to treat your whole family - adults and children alike. We offer free consultations for new patients, and we do not require a referral from your dentist. At our office, Dr. Donald Drake and Dr. Cory Drake do more than work on smiles - they form lasting and trusting relationships with you and your family!

We work together to provide personalized care and an enjoyable orthodontic experience in a comfortable, stress-free environment. In addition to traditional appliances, colored braces and clear ceramic brackets, we use the latest innovative technologies, such as Damon(R) self-ligating brackets, Innovation C & R series brackets, and Invisalign(R) clear aligners, to enhance your smile through increased comfort and more efficient treatment.

We keep our office on the forefront of technological breakthroughs, including digital imaging and temporary anchorage devices, to provide the best orthodontic care possible.

We recently attended a meeting on orthodontic treatment for OSA.
What is OSA?
OSA stands for obstructive sleep apnea.
It occurs when the airway becomes blocked during sleep.
The ability to breathe is temporarily lost causing the person suffering from OSA to wake from sleep multiple times during the night.
That means that it was time for school visits!
