Dr. Crall, a native of Iowa, graduated from the University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Science in 1981, Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1985, and Advanced General Dentistry Education in 1986, and was a Fellow in the Department of Hospital Dentistry, Division of Family Dentistry in 1987.
