She began her schooling at the University of Gulbarga in India, where she earned a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS).
Upon immigrating to the U.S., she earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree graduating first in her class from the University of Detroit Mercy in 2000.
While at the University of Detroit Mercy, she also received her Certificate and Master of Science (MS) degree in Orthodontics.
