Watching my father serve others convinced me at an early age to pursue a life devoted to helping others.

When you eat with braces, it's IMPORTANT to avoid certain foods to prevent damage to your braces.
To relieve the soreness, we recommend dissolving one teaspoon of salt in eight ounces of lukewarm water.
Swish this solution in your mouth around your braces and next to your cheeks and tongue for a couple of minutes and spit into the sink.
You can also take a pain reliever (whatever you would take for a headache).
