We strive to provide excellent dental and facial aesthetics in a professional and relaxed setting.

We use our expertise to provide the best smile possible through uncompromising personalised service and orthodontic excellence. Working together for more than 25 years, Dr. O'Regan and his team boast over 135 years' service between them and with exceptionally low staff turnover are 100% committed to the team effort.

Each team player contributes to the overall excellence of the practice and believes they are the 'best' in both their individual roles and in coming together to provide the optimum experience for each and every patient who comes to our practice. Our younger patients often request 'train-tracks', many want colours on their braces and they love our motivational 'Best Brushing' monthly prizes.
Services
Since winning several categories at the Irish Dentistry Awards and Overall Best Practice in 2015 we have continued to develop our team and constantly reassess what we do and how we do it.
Getting things right from the start, monitoring patient care, listening to patients' suggestions and reading the patient reviews on completion of treatment, are an essential part of maintaining orthodontic excellence in the practice.
The attention to detail starts before the first visit and continues through each and every visit to the practice.
At the Free initial consultation, Kevin will see if you are suitable for braces.
He will see if any x-rays or radiographs are necessary and take digital photographs, then carry out a thorough clinical examination and come up with an individualized diagnosis and treatment plan for you taking into account your wishes and areas of concern.
He'll discuss the treatment options fees and follow ups and advise on what he feels would be the best solution to your problems.
The treatment co-ordintor will talk to you to ensure you understood the treatment plan and you are happy with the aims of treatment and the treatment proposed and with the flexible interest free payment plan.
Ceramic or tooth coloured braces are made of a translucent substance instead of metal so appearance wise our braces blend in and are less noticeable.
Invisalign - wearing a practically invisible set of custom molded clear braces to fit and are changed every 2 weeks, gently moving teeth into the required position.
We provide fixed braces using the latest self ligating brackets to move teeth faster than the older brackets and to avoid extraction in the vast majority of cases.
In some cases bite problems are caused by jaw discrepancies which are best treated by a combination of orthodontic treatment with braces and jaw surgery.
Invisalign involves wearing a practically invisible set of clear braces (aligners) provided by a specialist orthodontist in Tullamore, Ireland or in Portlaoise.
They are custom molded to fit you which are changed every 2 weeks to move your teeth gently into the required position.
Almost no one can tell you are wearing Invisalign.
They are easy to wear, comfortable and virtually invisible clear braces so you can get your teeth straightened without friends realizing you are wearing braces.
We are also part of a specialist group of orthodontists who specialize in Invisalign called Invisible Orthodontic Specialists (IOSI.ie).
We offer an interest free flexible payment plan to pay the cost of braces.
With normal fixed appliance braces, we suggest a deposit on the day treatment starts and 220 per month.
Braces are currently tax deductible so you should get 20% back-check with your accountant.
Full upper and lower fixed appliance metal braces "traintracks" cost from 4,000 for Children and from 4,250 for adults and are payable in installments.
This includes removable retainers.
The fee depends on how much work has to be done and how long treatment is needed for, so this can vary from 6 months to over 2 years.
