Highly educated, he attended DePauw University before obtaining his Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1976.
He then served with the U.S. Navy Dental Corps in Italy.
After his tour of duty, Dr. Nicholson earned his Master of Science in Orthodontics from Northwestern University in 1982.
Dr. Nicholson feels it is important to stay on the cutting-edge of orthodontics.
