Dr. Robert Park was born and raised in the Chicago area.
He attended the prestigious boarding school Choate Rosemary Hall and then Brown University where he graduated in Neuroscience (and was a co-captain of the Squash Team and Academic All-Ivy).
He then received his Dental Medicine Doctorate at Harvard School of Dental Medicine and a Masters in Orthodontics at Case Western Reserve University.
His research on dental education and orthodontic materials have been published in dental journals and he also gives lectures to local dentists regarding orthodontics.

Over the past few years as they have worked together, he has taught Dr. Robert Park many of his techniques and philosophy of practice that continue on today.
Dr. Scornavacca has retired from the practice but his legacy lives on in the practice today.
