Dr. Bailey was raised in a military family as the son of a Naval Aviator.
After attending the University of Rhode Island where he graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering, Dr. Bailey obtained his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Tufts University.
After Tufts University, he attended the University of Hawaii and received a Master of Business Administration degree.
After practicing general dentistry for over ten years, Dr. Bailey attended the University of Pennsylvania where he completed his post-doctoral specialty orthodontic training.
