The cost of treatment will vary depending on the severity and complexity of the condition being treated.
Our office has several payment options available and will help you to find the option that best fits your situation.
When an account is paid in full at the time of initial banding, or within 60 days after treatment commences there will be a bookkeeping courtesy discount given when paid by cash, check, or credit card.
When treatment begins, an initial banding fee of $1,000 or 1/3 of the total treatment fee (whichever is less) is the down payment.
