Dr. Burnett attended the University of California, Santa Barbara and then returned to the Bay Area where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in San Francisco.
He then specialized in orthodontics at the New York University College of Dentistry.
