He completed his Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and Master of Science in Neuropharmacology at Northeastern University, and Doctorate of Dental Surgery from Georgetown University.
He completed his orthodontics residency at Georgetown University Medical Center and has been in private practice since 1984.
Dr. Horton maintains active memberships in various prestigious, professional organizations in order to stay up-to-date on all the latest advancements in orthodontics.
