With strong roots in Greenville, Dr. Watson has made his way back to his hometown to set up his orthodontic practice. After growing up in the Gower area and attending J.L. Mann High School, he earned his B.S. in Biology from Wofford College in Spartanburg SC. After graduation, Dr Watson began his dental education at MUSC where he served as student body president.
While in Charleston, he met his wife Kathy while they were both involved in YoungLife. Upon receiving his Doctorate of Dental Medicine, he headed north to Rochester NY where he attended the University of Rochester's Eastman Dental Center. Here he completed a three-year Temporomandibular Joint Fellowship and served as Chief Resident for the third year, while simultaneously working to receive his Masters of Public Health.
