This office not only gave great customer service but Dr. Lieu is what I have been looking for, a dental office that does the work and does not act like a used car salesman. She was very professional and thorough. Without naming any other Sacramento dental offices but in the last 10 years I have tried 4 others who all said the familiar words you have periodontal disease, fillings need replacement, deep cleaning, etc... Dr. Lieu performed the best exam and cleaning without any of those diagnosis. My teeth are beautiful and all co-pays aligned with the insurance company.

My son went in for his cleaning per usual. He is a teen and is Always treated with the utmost respect and dignity! (I bring him him of course) However, he never has to wait more than like a few minutes. And is always greeted by the full staff every step of the way! Integrity is in no short supply here! Go Orchid!
