I came in for an appointment not knowing really what to expect. All that I did know was the last time I stepped foot into a dental office. I left in alot more pain than when I originally came in with. However, when I showed up to Williams Dental. I obviously was hesitant with going to a new dental office. Let me just say from the first minute that I walked in, from the receptionist to my dental assistant and Dr Williams.

Everyone really cared about my situation and took the time to explain each and every portion to me. From X-rays, to 3D scanning and helping me understand my problems and providing solutions for each problem. Not only that, it felt like they cared about me and my most concerning issues. I don't know about everyone but I'm very self conscious about my mouth and teeth and it is a very personal area.

I felt at ease and as though I was in the best hands possible for each and every situation I needed their assistance with. I would recommend their dental practice to everyone I know needing a dentist in the future, that includes my friends and my family. I look forward to moving forward with them as my dentist and helping me gain a confident smile once again.

Very welcoming staff, went in for a bad pain in my tooth and took care of it right away. Dr. Williams is very gentle when he is working in your mouth. Definitely would recommend!

Dr. Williams and his team are amazing. From first walking in - the office esthetic is so nice. They are very thorough and take the time to make sure you are comfortable, explain what they are doing, why they are doing it, and give plenty of time for conversation and questions. Truly the best dental experience I've ever had.

Excellent dentist office, from the entire staff being welcoming and friendly to the great location and clean office. I used to hate going to the dentist until I came here, perfect explanations of the procedures and they all make the patient their first priority. Dr. Williams was mentioned more than anyone else when I asked for a dentist on social media and now I know why. This is a great private practice that has an opposite feel of a lot of the corporate offices around town. Everything is new and clean and you can tell he put as much detail into finding a great staff as he did the aesthetics of the office. He's a calm guy and a great communicator. I would highly recommend!

Strongly recommend Dr. Williams practice. The office is brand new with all the latest equipment. As a new patient Dr. Williams spent a majority of the cleaning with me to ensure he had the best picture of my dental history and needs. The service and experience exceeded all my expectations. You will not be disappointed!

I do not like going to the dentist. Never have and probably never will. I have receeding gums and sensitive teeth. I've known for years that I need to do something about my gums but life got in the way. Dr. Williams did not pressure me into taking the next step with a periodontist. He simply took the time to explain the situation without pushing or making me feel like my teeth are about to fall out if I don't do something right away.

Today was my first visit to Dr. Williams. I was surprised that he was the one who cleaned my teeth! None of the other dentists I've been to over the years has ever done that. But Dr. Williams does this so he can really get to know your teeth and your trouble spots. He used a topical numbing solution so very few of my sensitive areas "zinged" whiled he was cleaning.

They don't use a scraper but some sort of super-concentrated water jet that blasts away build-up which was worse that normal since I'd skipped dental visits the last year (thanks, Covid-19). Dr. Williams staff is friendly and welcoming. Their office is clean, modern and beautifully designed by Dr. Williams wife who is an architect. Before I left, I set up appointments for my husband and kids. So glad I found Dr. Williams for my family's dental needs.

Great dentist I highly recommend I had an emergency I texted him he texted me right away and he had his staff call me in the morning around 7am and setup a time For me to come in the other dentist I called couldn't take me but Mr Williams took time to text me personally and you the saying first impressions last if you need a gentle dentist I suggest you go there if you take the bus walk past the jack in the box 2 blocks down ( PS he has a great staff) thank Mr Williams

I usually HATE the dentist but this was by far the best experience I have had. Everyone was extremely friendly and welcoming. Everyone introduced themselves and made me feel comfortable. The office is gorgeous and clean. DR. Williams was super nice and talked me through everything and was understanding to my teeth sensitivity. I highly recommend! 10/10 experience and I'm sure this will be my new dentist.

I am new to the Charlotte area and was looking for a new dental practice. Finding and trusting dentists can be daunting, to say the least, in a new city; but, I am pleased to say that I'm so happy that I found Williams Dental. From the onset, Janet was warm and friendly while assisting me to set up my appointment; and it was no different in person when I met her!

She did a great job representing the culture of the practice. Laurie and Dr. Williams did a superb job of acquiring my dental records, getting new oral scans, explaining my oral health, and cleaning my teeth. I left very content with the thorough nature of Dr. Williams and his team and have referred my friends already! If you can't already tell, I highly recommend this practice. :

Going to the dentist has always made me really nervous. So much so that i often have trouble sleeping the night before. I saw Dr. Williams this morning and had the best dental experience I have ever had in my 41 years on this earth. I've never been to an appointment where the dentist actually does the first cleaning. I highly recommend Michael Williams.

Visiting Dr Williams was a Great experience overall! From the moment you walk in the receptionist is warm and welcoming and the lobby is beautifully decorated and makes you feel like you're in your own stylish living room. Both the hygienist Laurie & Dr Williams are so friendly and personable- they are both so sincere and care about your comfort and experience.

This review is all coming from someone who has anxiety about going to the dentist but after such wonderful treatment and ease of my cleaning, x-rays and well-check I will definitely be more comfortable going back for future visits and would highly recommend to anyone!

I received a very thorough and enjoyable examination. The office is beautiful with state-of-the-art equipment. Dr. Williams was very knowledgeable, and a good communicator. His team is friendly and warm. They make you feel like family. Having worked in dentistry for over a decade in my hometown. I would highly recommend this practice.

Liz is an amazing hygienist! I saw her for the first time today, and hands down the best cleaning experience I've ever had. She was so gentle and was aware & careful around the areas of my teeth that are sensitive. It was such a pleasant experience! Great office, doctor, and staff!

I have been to many dentists over the years. This dental office far outweighs any experience I have ever had. Dr. Williams is so gentle, patient and considerate. He takes the patient's comfort very seriously. The entire staff is professional, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. It is in a great location, and there is lots of parking. The office itself is extremely chic and beautifully decorated. Honestly, this dental appointment was a pleasant experience. He is the only dentist I will ever use.

I was really impressed with the new office and the friendly staff. My wife has been seeing Dr. Williams for a few years now and I made the switch after my dentist retired. My first visit was exceptional and thorough. I liked how Dr. Williams thought through my treatment options and discussed them with me. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. I'm glad I made the switch and look forward to my future visits.

Hands down the best Dentist in town! From the moment you walk into the office you feel welcomed, appreciated, and like family! They literally know and keep up with all of their patients on more than just a business level! Dr. Williams and staff take their time cleaning and caring for dental needs and answering questions! I always leave with my teeth feeling and looking great! The sunglasses you get to keep is an extra bonus as well!
