I absolutely love this place all the employees are very nice and do there job amazing it's always a short wait and staff are just welcoming as soon as you even get in the doors!

Best dentist I've ever been to by far. Dr. Abbott is absolutely amazing and his staff is just as good! He's so gentle with his patients but will recommend the best treatment for you without trying to rip you off. I'll never leave!

Best Dental office I've been to in a very long time. I've never want to go to the Dentist. I suffer from panic attacks, however; I can honestly says the whole staff, put meat ease! I will continue to go there until I have my "Tina" smile back! Thank you for not judging me & making me feel comfortable & important. I appreciate y'all so much. People, listen up!

If you're a scary cat like me or not, if you need a Dentist who REALLY cares & a wonderful staff to help you with all the decisions about your teeth, Go! I had a great first time experience at the Dental Depot and Dr. Abbott. The office is super clean and the all of the staff is really friendly.

They were able to get me in on short notice and help with what I needed. Doctor Abbot and Rae were insanely helpful and explained all my options thoroughly. Phenomenal staff and some great tunes on the radio. I would highly recommend taking your family here for any dental work.

First visit. Well taken care of. Second visit. Well taken care of. Third visit.tooth extraction fast and no pain. Very good! Last visit for a cleaning. Hygienist was great. Dr. Abbott spent plenty of time with me as well. Good visit as always.

I am someone who has some deep trauma getting dental work done due to a previous bad experience at a different dentist. At the urging of my husband, I decided to try Dental Depot at McKinney and I think I am going to be finally healed from this PTSD. Ryan, the dental hygienist was fantastic. Absolutely fantastic. She put me at ease, gave me time to settle, answered my questions patiently and never pooh-poohed my worries.

She did an amazing job and was so thorough! Dr. Abbott was equally wonderful, patient and thorough. Chris, at the front desk, was patient and explained the billing very nicely. Definitely recommend this place.

The staff is amazing here! They made my 4 year old so comfortable! She use to be scared of going to the dentist but they explained everything they were going to do beforehand so she knew which made her happy. It was a great first experience. I'm glad I chose this dentist for my daughter!

Dr Abbott was an awesome and very personable Dr. Chris and Sarah were awesome, too. I cracked a molar and they were able to get me in and they even stayed late to give me a temporary crown. I highly recommend them! A++++++

Took both girls to our first dental appointment at Dental Depot this past weekend. We were greeted upon entry, only waited about 1 minute to be taken back and both girls had rooms across from each other so I could easily watch both. Everyone was so friendly and patient with the 4 year old that wasn't too thrilled with having her teeth polished. I was very happy with the service we received and have made an appointment for myself as well. Update: Went back for my own appointment today and guess what, service was amazing again! Top it off with crazy state of the art equipment and imaging and you can bet we have found our new family dentist.

My first appointment at the Dental Depot of McKinney was an absolute delight! The entire staff was so professional and genuinely friendly. My teeth feel and look soo much better. They also made my stepdaughter (6 yo) feel very safe and comfortable. They were very patient, understanding, and helpful with her first time jitters! I couldn't have done it without them! We've found our home dentistry and we look forward to our next visit.

Dentist is great, staff are friendly. One note: majority of the time, when they took x-ray on my tooth, they don't put a protective shield cover over my chest. I would say not using the shield is convenient, but I would suggest to use it. My visit for regular cleaning in February 2024 was great as the hygienist shared very useful info for how to perform preventive cleaning at home.

Dr Abbott is the best! The entire staff is wonderful too! So gentle, and I'm a difficult case. He has the greatest bed side manner. He is encouraging and sets your mind at ease. And I can't leave out Chris! That man deserves a raise! Whatever he's getting is not enough for everything he does.

Dr Abbott was awesome as well as the staff. The moment I walked in it felt comfortable. When they took X-rays they got it done on the first try and Dr Abbott went over everything every step of the way. He made you feel at home and at ease. Will tell my friends about this place and will be back for sure.
