Our goal at Manzella Orthodontics is to create beautiful, healthy smiles for our patients that will be valued for a lifetime! Leading edge orthodontic care with traditional braces, clear ceramic braces, and Invisalign. Dr. Kevin Manzella works closely with your general dentist and encourages routine dental care as well as good oral hygiene at home.
This is a family practice. From the moment you arrive until the day you leave smiling, we want to make sure you feel as if you are part of the MO family. We wouldn't charge our family members extra for getting ceramic brackets or Invisalign, so why would we do that to you? We never have, and we never will. We believe that orthodontics should be FUN!
We've given away an Apple watch, 55 Smart TV, Air-Pods and rented out a whole movie theater for our patients. Or join us during our monthly EmBRACE the Night appointments where we turn off the lights, turn up the music, and wear neon necklaces and stickers. If you come in wearing Bills gear or have cool socks on, Dr. Manzella may ask to take a picture with you.

Dr. Manzella was born in Fredonia, NY.
He graduated with a degree in Biology from SUNY Geneseo.
He then spent four years at the SUNY at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with his DDS.
Dr. M. stayed at UB to complete his specialty training in orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics and was awarded the William W. Feagans Clinical Postgraduate Scholarship.
The extra three years of specialty training allow Dr. Manzella to call himself an orthodontist (Fun Fact: only 6% of dentists are orthodontists).

As a courtesy to you, we will always discuss the feasibility of braces or tooth straightening without charging a fee for the initial consultation.
As a rule of thumb, we like to evaluate young patients after the 6-year molars erupt and the front permanent teeth just start to appear.
This is usually between the ages of 6 and 8.
The American Association of Orthodontics recommends that all children be seen for the first time by age 7.
The purpose of early evaluation is to inform and observe, more than to start treatment.
