Dr. Kyle and his wife Anna met at Harding University in Searcy, Arkansas. They were married in 2006 and moved to Memphis when Kyle started dental school at the University of Tennessee. They started Saddle Creek Orthodontics together in the summer of 2013, and now live in Germantown with their four children Charlie, Libby, George, and Lucy. They attend Highland Church of Christ in Cordova.
Dr. Fagala is the course director and lecturer of Development of the Occlusion, a class for 1st year dental students at UT Dental. He is also co-founder of the digital marketing agency Neon Canvas and host of the web series The Digital Orthodontist.

In order to practice Orthodontics, Dr. Fagala spent 11 years in training (4 years of college, 4 years of dental school, and 3 years of orthodontics residency).
The orthodontic student spends 3 years full-time learning the skills required to manage tooth movement (orthodontics) and to guide facial development (dentofacial orthopedics).
