I am originally from New England and spent most of my childhood in Barnstable, Massachusetts, a little town on Cape Cod. I went to Tufts University in Medford, Massachusetts for my undergraduate degree in Biology. After college I attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in Boston. Following Dental School I continued my training and completed the two-year orthodontic residency program at Tufts in 1985.
For several years after my residency I taught part time at Tufts Dental School. I married my wife Julie in 1993 and moved to Arizona in September of 1996. We have four daughters who were all born here in Arizona. My family and I love living here and enjoy many of the outdoor activities that our state offers. We are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home!
We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment. Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide the finest quality of service to each patient. Our staff has over 50 years of combined experience in treating patients with the highest level of care.

The American Association of Orthodontists recommends that the initial orthodontic evaluation should occur at the first sign of orthodontic problems or no later than age 7.
At this early age, orthodontic treatment may not be necessary, but an examination can anticipate the most advantageous time to start treatment.
Early evaluation provides both timely detection of problems and greater opportunity for more effective treatment.
Prudent intervention guides growth and development, preventing serious problems later.
