I was born and raised in Wisconsin and obtained my B.S. degree in chemistry and human biology from the University of Wisconsin- Green Bay, where I graduated summa cum laude and became an Academic All-American athlete as a member of the Nordic ski team (and you wonder why I moved to Colorado?).
For a long time I knew I wanted to go into dentistry and so after college I continued my education by getting my D.D.S. degree from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine.
While in school I realize that orthodontics was my true passion and so after dental school I continued to Rutgers University in New Jersey for my postgraduate certificate in orthodontics.
