Dr. Chamberlain is originally from Reno, NV.
At an early age he moved to Provo, UT, where he attended high school and college at Brigham Young University (BYU).
After serving a full-time mission to Fresno, California, he returned to BYU, met his wife, Tamara Marshall, and received his B.S. in psychology with a minor in musical theater.
Dr. Chamberlain then attended Oregon Health Sciences University (OHSU) School of Dentistry in Portland, OR, receiving his D.M.D. with honors in 2000.
He then completed a full time two-year residency program at OHSU in orthodontics and dento-facial orthopedics.
