When I was in middle school, my family had the opportunity to relocate to Sandy, Utah where I attended Albion Middle School and eventually Brighton High School.
I was fortunate to represent Brighton High School at leadership and academic conferences during my high school years.
I also served as the captain of the Brighton soccer team and was honored to win two 5-A State Championships with them.
I attended BYU in Provo prior to serving a two year LDS mission in India and Nepal.
It was while living in India that I began to see that no matter where you are in the world, a smile speaks a thousand words.
