Dr. Brian grew up in Orange County after immigrating in 1990 with his family from Vietnam to America. After graduating from UCI on a full scholarship, he obtained his DMD and MBA at Harvard University, hospital dentistry residency at UCSF, and orthodontics residency at the University of Nebraska Medical Center where he completed extensive sleep apnea research.
