Dr. Jill grew up in North Muskegon, Michigan, a small town near Lake Michigan. Originally, Dr. Jill thought she wanted to be a teacher like her two amazing parents, but she had a wonderful experience with braces as a kid and decided in third grade that she wanted to be an orthodontist instead! In Michigan, she was the #1 singles state champion in tennis and a state champion in track.
After high school, Dr. Jill attended Ball State University where she competed on the Women's Tennis Team, was an Academic All-American scholar-athlete, and finished at Ball State in just three years. She then immediately entered dental school at Indiana University to earn her DDS degree. After dental school, she continued her education with a residency program at Indiana University to specialize in orthodontics and earned a Master's Degree and a Certificate of Orthodontics.
Dr. Jill met her husband Theo, a Loveland native, in dental school and moved to Northern Colorado after completing her orthodontic residency.
