I graduated from Portland State University in 1979 with a BS in biology.
Dental school kept me close to home as well; I earned a Doctorate of Dental Medicine at Oregon Health Sciences University, and graduated with honors in 1983.
Orthodontic specialty training took me to Northwestern University in Chicago.
