If you are using an iTero scanner, you can contact your iTero representative and have Tuccini Ortho Lab added as your preferred lab.
This will enable you to send scans directly from your iTero scanner, skipping the steps below.
Before starting to scan the patient, make sure you choose the option "icast" or "irecord".
This is important because if you choose the "Invisalign" option, you will not be able to export these files.
Once you have scanned both arches and the bite, the information is stored in "myaligntech.com".

Beyond simple anterior alignment cases which we address with our Series 4 Aligners are what we term "mid-range" cases.
These are patients that require additional aligners to complete the corrections.
In general, the treatment issues are the same as with the Series 4 cases, but with more involved conditions.
We provide our Continuation service in a series of up to 4 aligners at one time.
As the last aligner in the previous set is worn, the doctor assesses the treatment progress and makes a decision regarding the next series of aligners required.
These are patients that require additional aligners to complete the corrections.

Refinement aligners are then requested in a set of one or two appliances to complete rotations or improve minor spacing issues.
Ideally, we request a new working model to fabricate Refinement aligners so we can gauge exactly where to make the final improvements in the aligner set-ups.
The upper arch was treated with 4 aligners to advance the centrals and rotate the laterals.
The centrals moved to the labial approximately 1mm and the lateral rotations were improved.
