We use state-of-the-art braces called self-ligating braces. They do not require ligature ties thereby making them far more hygienic and comfortable compared to tradition braces. We strive not only to align the teeth but the jaws as well. We utilize a variety of appliances to expand and align the jaws. The American Association of Orthodontists advises all children be evaluated by an orthodontist by the age of 7, so as not to miss crucial windows of time when the jaws can be modified.
It is recommended that you continue to wear retainers nightly once your active treatment has concluded.
