M obtained his DDS degree from Central University of Venezuela in 1990, his Pediatric Dentistry Specialty degree from Boston University in 1995, and his Fellowship in Pediatric Dentistry and Hospital Dentistry at the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1997.
He teaches in the General Practice Residency at the Illinois Masonic Medical Center's Department of Dentistry, and holds hospital privileges there to render care for more difficult dental treatments.
