Dr. Poulsen was born and raised in Idaho and has been practicing orthodontics in Boise and Eagle since 1992. After graduating from Boise State University, Dr. Poulsen obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree, graduating with honors from Creighton University. Dr. Poulsen was accepted in the orthodontic program at Marquette University where he received
