Shanna is a Washington native and graduated with Honors from Eton Technical Institute with a degree in Dental Assisting.
Shanna has been in the dental field for over twenty years where she started her career in General Dentistry.
In 2007 she began working in an Orthodontic office where she fell in love and has worked in ortho ever since!
Shanna transitioned to front office in 2016 where she is most passionate about helping families with their financials and helping patients find that smile that can sometimes be hidden.

As a general rule, you should call our office when you experience severe pain or have a painful appliance problem you can't take care of yourself.
We'll be able to schedule an appointment to resolve the problem.
You might be surprised to learn that you may be able to solve many problems yourself temporarily until you can get to our office.
Please remember that if there is a loose piece that you can remove, put it in a plastic bag or envelope and bring it with you to your next appointment.
