Dr. Hechler grew up in north central Missouri.
He pursued his undergraduate training at the University of Missouri - Columbia.
He received his dental degree at UMKC School of Dentistry, graduating at the top of his class.
After attaining his dental degree, Dr. Hechler then trained for three years in the orthodontic department of the Mayo Clinic.
There he was awarded both a Certificate of Orthodontics and master's degree.
Dr. Hechler grew up in north central Missouri.
